All the chain components are produced in advance, high speed automated machines. These components are then assembled in the state-of-art automatic assembly line. This largely eliminates the human error and undesirable aspects, of all sorts. After assembly, chains are pre-stressed up to 1/3rd of breaking load on a special purpose, online stretching machine to avoid initial startup elongation. The advanced heat-treatment equipment like fully automatic MBF (mesh bed furnace), and SQF (sealed quench furnace) ensures a controlled, favorable effect of heat treatment on the quality of the chain parts.
